As the UK Government stated on the 25th May 2020, we will be expected to be able to reopen from 15 June if the government’s 5 tests are met. We taken the necessary steps to become COVID-19 secure in line with the current Health and Safety legislation.If there are any changes of being able to re-open, we will inform you as soon as possible.
What to expect in-store on your arrival:
Social distancing will be in force with 2m apart.
---Hand sanitizer will be available when entering the premises
---Cleaning of all surfaces between customers and hand washing regularly
---1 to 1 appointments available Monday to Saturday, 9am - 11am and 4pm - 6pm. Book by calling 0114 267 1330
---Floor markings to aid social distancing
---Use contactless payment where possible
---Storing returned items for 72 hours before putting them back out on the shop floor
We have our online support dealing with all enquiries Monday - Friday 9.30am till 5pm. Either ring 0114 267 1330 or email admin@sisteronline.co.uk.
If you are ill or are simply not comfortable shopping when the store re-opens, we advise you to not come in-store. We do however have our website which has been functioning as normal and offering FREE UK delivery - www.sisteronline.co.uk
