OFFERS

IN-STORE GIFT CARDS / E-GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased for in-store use are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. E-gift cards purchased online are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The full value of the gift card must be redeemed within the applicable validity period, as any remaining balance will expire thereafter. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be used for another person’s purchase.
ONLINE CREDITS
In certain circumstances, and as a gesture of goodwill, we may, at our discretion, offer an online store credit for items returned after the returns policy cut-off. Any credit issued will be valid for up to six months from the date of issue and must be used within this period, after which it will automatically expire and cannot be retrieved or reissued. Refunds will not be provided, and all store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the account or customer to whom it was issued. This goodwill gesture is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory consumer rights.

OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order to purchase a product from sisteronline.co.uk we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order rePresents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of
the goods will not be in place until the goods are delivered to you at the address given to us. This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. You must inform sisteronline.co.uk via e-mail or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. If orders have already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORTATION DUTIES
Importation duty or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should you refuse to pay any additional delivery charges (as a result of importation or customs) we reserve the right to deduct these charges from the price of the refunded amount. Please carefully read and understand you may be liable for import duties in your country of residence before making a purchase.
SALE PRICES

The prices shown on this website at the time of ordering are guide prices. The prices you will be charged for good will be the actual prices displayed on the website at which your goods are selected on the day of delivery, including any promotional offers if applicable. OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
