Sisteronline.co.uk is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in
the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund to the value of the product. In order to do so, the item(s) must be in new unworn condition with all packaging and all garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used item(s); such item(s) will be directly returned to the purchaser.
Please place your invoice sheet inside your returns parcel, and please state which items you would like refunded and the reason why.
Items must be returned via a recorded courier service. Sisteronline.co.uk can take no responsibility for returned item(s) until signed for by Sisteronline.co.uk staff.
We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250. Please note that all item(s) returned to Sister are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at Sisteronline.co.uk returns dept.

Unsuitable item(s) will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns received after the 14 day timeframe will only be accepted at the discretion of Sisteronline.co.uk in the form of a credit note.
All correctly returned item(s) will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
We advise that all customers check item(s) thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
You can exchange your item by detailing on the invoice sheet for a different size, colour etc on your item(s) return. Out of goodwill we pay for your exchange postage, unless OVER100 code was used in the first purchase, in which case we will contact you to obtain a payment for £3.99 postage. With this free gesture, we cannot accept a return for the second time.
