Returns / Refunds

We offer an extended returns policy for Christmas. From October 31st 2019 onwards our return policy is extended until January 14th to allow for people ordering Christmas Presents.

All items are checked prior to shipment to make sure they are in perfect condition. The items must be returned in the same condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached.


Sale Items - Refund or Exchange

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items in our 'Final Reduction' Sale. Any item reduced by 50% or more of the RRP is considered a 'Final Reduction' item. Exchanges or refunds may be permitted at the manager's discretion for an additional cost. This does not affect your consumer rights.
