Sisteronline.co.uk is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s), However in
the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund to the value of the product. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new unworn condition with all packaging and all garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used item(s); such item(s) will be directly returned to the purchaser.
To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The information we require is; ‘name’, ‘order ID’. You will be issued with a returns authorization number (RAN). You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.
Items must be returned via a recorded courier service. Sisteronline.co.uk can take no responsibility for returned item(s) until signed for by Sisteronline.co.uk staff.
Collect + is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4000 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of purchase, £100 insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel’s progress back to us.
We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250. Please note that all item(s) returned to Sister are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at Sisteronline.co.uk returns dept.

1. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
2. Drop off your parcel at any local store that offers the Collect+ service.
3. Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collect+.co.uk/track
4. Valid for UK customer only.
Please note that you can only use collect+ to return a parcel with dimensions no larger than 50x30x30cm (cabin sized baggage), which weigh no more than 10kg.
By using the Collect+ a deduction of £3.95 will be deducted from the total refund value.If
an exchange is required and no refund is processed, an automatic debit of £3.95 will be processed on the original card the order was placed, and the exchanged item(s) will be despached free of charge.

All correctly returned item(s) will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any Collect+ delivery charged, taxes or import duties incurred in delivery. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
We advise that all customers check item(s) thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
